Today, the estate takes ownership of around 30 residential properties and 20 commercial units. These are woven into the rural landscape around Westerham, and are managed by the Karrison team based in Market Square. Our vision is to provide long-term, good-quality, sustainable homes for families in the area – thereby helping to tackle the country’s housing crisis through continued investment.
Commercially, we’re proud to provide bases for businesses on the estate, from cutting-edge offices to a brewery and light industrial yard facilities. Enabling businesses to flourish helps the local community to thrive through employment and positive impacts on the local economy.
