In moments like these I always go back to our family motto – ‘licet esse beatis’ translates ‘permitted to be joyful’. I spend my working life reminding folk at Squerryes that we are in the business of creating joy and encouraging people to think different to the rest of world through a joy tinted lens. So what’s going to move us from being overwhelmed by guilt to start the Squerryes sustainability journey? And what’s the one thing that is going to keep us motivated for the task in the years ahead? It’s to create joy for future generations.
